A Usually ,we use A level pine without spots&knots or selected our local quality paulownia.They are both best for beekeeping equipments.

Q Do you accept OEM project? Can I use our design and logo on the products ?
A Yes,we accept OEM,OBM and ODM. We have a professional R&D team, so we can develop and produce products according to your requirements like drawings ,samples.

Q How can I get samples before we make the regular orders?
A Please contact us at sales@ksbeehive.com for your sample request .Normally, we can send you samples in one week, but if the samples are out of stock, it'll take us 2 weeks for making new samples .
Samples are free, but please advise your freight collect account number of DHL/FedEx/UPS,etc.

Q Can I make a trial order of a small quality before I place a large order?
A Yes, of course.Every order starts with a trial order of small quantity.

Q How about the assembling and painting?

Q What is your terms of payment?
A We can do quotation based on FOB,CIF and CNF. Our standard payment term is 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance against documents . If you require special payment, pleae negotiate with us .

A We usually need around 45 days for an order . but it depend on different situations.
